Brian has served in leadership for over thirty years; ten years as a pastor and seventeen years working with individuals returning from prison. He is a recognized leader, speaker, consultant, and writer whose passion is helping people transform their lives. Brian currently serves as the Development Director for Youth for Christ Kalamazoo, where he oversees all YFC fund development, volunteer management, events, and public relations. He also oversees both YFC's social enterprises and the WERX youth empowerment program.
He and his wife, Sharilyn, are celebrating twenty-nine years of marriage this year. They have one daughter, Tasia, who graduated from Hope College with her Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Spanish and is currently attending Radiant School of Ministry and SEU for her Master's degree.
