Kelcey has been blessed to know Jesus throughout her life, but it wasn't until she became a mother that she began to pursue a deeper relationship with Him. That season marked a turning point - on that continues to shape who she is today.
Though her background is in the medical field, Kelcey is thrilled to bring a unique blend of skills to her role in Community Engagement including her experience in event planning, passion of professional organizing, and her natural ability to build meaningful relationships. After speaking with members of the YFC team and learning more about this role, it genuinely felt as though the Lord had crafted this opportunity with her in mind.
The ministry of Youth for Christ is deeply needed in our community. Young people deserve a space where they feel welcomed, known and loved; a place where they can encounter the transformative message of the Gospel. Kelcey is truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to that mission in any way she can.
At home, Kelcey and her husband, Matt, are raising their young daughter, Piper and enjoying life with their energetic Black German Shepherd, Yona. They love spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and doing their best to bring joy wherever they go.
